Refurbishment at Wesley College. There were 2 phases to this project. 1) Re-roofing works to existing Gymnasium building. 2) Substantial refurbishment works at the two storey classroom building. These works included window, roof light & ancillary works; removal of existing first floor windows & window boards; supply, install & certification of new windows & roof lights at first floor level; protection of existing finishes, fittings, services and redecoration. Lift installation including demolition and structural support works. Mechanical and electrical upgrading works throughout the building completed the works.
