Works comprised the construction of new two storey office building (1200sqm) over basement (300sqm), extension to feather plant, various demolitions, site works and drainage.
Phase 1 of the works comprised clearing of a small wooded/overgrown area for the creation of a future carpark. Construction of access roads and parking to northern side together with retaining walls and all necessary services. Construction of the new extension and relocation of the feather process ductwork and plant to the new extension (by others). Phase 2 involved the demolition of part of the existing feather plant, demolition of the adjacent boiler and plant rooms together with chimney stack, construction of the new offices over basement and all necessary services and site works.
Phase 3 involved the demolition of existing facility office building and completion of carpark surfacing to car park areas at northern end of the site.
