This project structure was a reinforced concrete frame with blockwork. The external envelope comprised of pre-coloured render, stone cladding, curtain walling and aluminium windows. The roof was constructed utilising built-up metal standing seam sheeting panels. This was a three-storey building; the second floor housed all the plant room equipment and the like. The external works comprised of services piped and ducted, hard and soft landscaping including the completion of a new access road.
