Proposed upgrading works to rear of the school inclusive of fitting doors/screens and ironmongery; decoration and repair works; roof repair works (including new rooflight, outlets and adjustments to rain water pipes); fitting of smoke ventilators and glazing bars; fall arrest system; carry out amendments to fire detection and alarm system; emergency lighting/exit signs; fire stopping of all electrical works in line with penetration details. Works also included all builders work necessary to facilitate the completion of the works.
