Demolition of 2 No. existing school buildings, construction of a new two storey 12 classroom GRD National School (2015sqm) together with boundary treatments, parking, external play areas and all ancillary site works. Temporarily relocate existing St. Francis Boy’s N.S premises, consisting of 6 No. Pre-fabricated classrooms, 1 No. resource unit and 1 No. staff/admin unit together with ancillary site works including play areas and connections to existing drainage systems. The project was carried out in 4 phases running concurrently.
