The GUI headquarters building consisted of a two–storey structure within a walled garden. The principal finishes were stone, cedar and zinc cladding. In addition to this, we also completed the conservation and refurbishment works to an existing cottage that now acts as a golf museum.
Accommodation for the National Golf Development Centre was also constructed on site coupled with the restoration of old stone structures now used as stores. A Driving Range Academy Building was also constructed together with extensive repair works to existing stonewalls, hard and soft landscaping and complete services installations.
