The works consisted of ground floor canteen alterations and re-fitting including strip-out of existing services, new internal partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, upgrading to meet regulations for fire security and universal access, mechanical and electrical services and associated builders work.
Second floor refurbishment included new partitions, doors, finishes and Mechanical and Electrical work for the Accident Investigation Unit (AIU). A new storage compound was constructed in the basement car park.
The entire office building (both Modern Block and Georgian parts) remained in operation during the course of the works with the exception of the areas been refurbished.
