The
Law imposes obligations on the Company and it’s employees to ensure a
safe system of working. It is imperative that everyone takes reasonable
care of their own safety and welfare and for that of any other person
who may be affected by their acts and / or omissions whilst at work.
Moreover, it is the duty of every employee to co-operate with the
company in this regard.
The possession, use and supply of drugs

sent directly to the Company and copied to the individual. You will be
asked to leave the workplace for safety health and welfare reasons
pending receipt of the results of the aforementioned examination.
Where
the company suspects that you are in possession of / consuming drugs or
alcohol an investigation will take place and depending on the outcome
of that investigation you may be subject to disciplinary procedures.
