Contract Description
Extension and refurbishment to existing convent building consisting of two individual ground floor extensions and a new second floor extension on the existing roof. The refurbishment works comprised of the upgrading of existing roofs; selective repair of external wall finishes; floor area; internal walls, ceilings and stairs of existing building. Extension includes for library, lift installation and creating ensuites to bedrooms.
