Contract Description

This development consists of a two storey concrete frame over basement. There are a variety of finishes to the facade - stone cladding, curved curtain walling, pre-coloured render, brickwork and hardwood & aluminium windows. Extensive external works were completed in parallel with the main structure. Being in a built up residential area and also being situated directly adjacent the main Dublin-Belfast railway line, the site management team were closely involved with establishing strong communication channels with both the local residents and Iarnrod Eireann.
