Scaffolding Policy
Midland Construction realises it’s responsibilities with regards to the management and control of scaffolding and is wholly committed to the provision of sufficient measures to protect employees, visitors, client representatives and all members of the public from risks associated with external access systems created by scaffolding.
It is the
Company’s policy to comply with all current Legislation with respect to
scaffolding and all relevant codes of practice.
It is both the
Site Managers and Contracts Managers responsibility to oversee and
supervise the erection, maintenance and dismantling of all scaffolded
structures and also to ensure that every scaffolding activity is
completed by competent persons.
The Company will ensure that resources are available to implement this policy.
