Contract Description

The works involved the construction of a two storey brick clad building containing teacher rooms, physical education hall, social spaces, staff and ancillary accommodation, site development works including a vehicular entrance from the designated community lands and existing inner relief road, a second vehicular entrance to take advantage of access from the future Ratoath outer relief road, 115 car parking spaces, external store, substation, enclosed yard, bus and car set down areas, landscaping, playing field and basketball courts. This award-winning project is a benchmark for future 1000 pupil second level schools.
