Contract Description

This contract covered a multitude of construction aspects: a new build extension to the rear with limited access. Logistics management was essential to maintain the playground facilities demanded from a live primary school. Extensive conservation, restoration and remedial works were planned and carried out to the original old structure that was completed in 1889.
