Contract Description

Construction of a single storey extension with plant room and refurbishment works to existing discount store. Extension works included a bakery within the store and fit-out of all items. The refurbishment works comprised stripping out all suspended ceilings; new tiled floor area; remodelling of the welfare area; internal alterations including door alterations; new windows and entrance pod alterations and works to elevation – cladding and rendered columns, alucobond additions. External works involved car park alterations (surface planning, resurfacing and white lining); new external lighting layout; landscaping; external boundary fence treatment; loading bay and dock leveller alterations; tiling to trolley bay along with guardrails and canopy modifications.
