Contract Description

Design & Build residential development comprising of 34 high spec. units over basement car park . The development site at Kensington Lodge (existing protected structure), was retained on the site along with an existing mews building. The development (consisting of 3 separate residential blocks) was designed so that Block A known as “The Green”, was sited fronting onto Rochestown Avenue, with Blocks B & C positioned so that they overlooked the existing walled garden to the rear of the existing Kensington Lodge House.
