Contract Description

Complete strip-out and refurbishment at ground, first floor & roof level.

There was a soft strip-out and demolition of walls and service items on each level. All windows and external doors were removed and replaced with new. A curtain wall glazing system was installed on the South West elevation. The existing plant room on the roof was refurbished and the entire roof re-weathered. Internal finishes included: stud partitions, dry lined/skim walls, suspended ceilings, raised access floors, glazed screens, paintwork, joinery, M&E & sanitary ware. Works included the demolition of stairs no. 2 and replacement with new steel staircases.
