Mark Kerrigan founded Midland Construction in 1979 and it has enjoyed a steady growth rate since then. Our new 3,200m² Head Office is based in Kells Business Park and it affords all our personnel a spacious and modern base to operate from. Utilising the latest construction thinking in respect of sustainability and ergonomics the building is representative of our commitment to the future of our environment and the people who are part of the Midland Construction team.
Midland engages the industry in various sectors: commercial – office and industrial, education and recreation, residential and retail. We can also facilitate and advise on a number of procurement routes whether it is conventional, design + build through to management contracting.
From inception, Midland Construction’s core philosophy has been to establish strong relationships with our Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and Suppliers. Forging partnerships with specialists in the industry has allowed us to grow and adapt over the last 30 years into the medium sized construction company that it is today. Allied to this ideal we consider that our staff is instrumental in our achievements to date and to this end we cultivate and value the professional attitude of our entire workforce.
